Starting off with the good stuff, and I've used yet another mini of the Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish (£14 for 100ml). Downright perfection in a tube, I love this eucalyptus-scented creamy cleanser both in the mornings and to remove my makeup. After coming to the end of the countless minis I had in my possession, I finally purchased a full size Cleanse & Polish as I really couldn't live without it.
The Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Pads (£12.99) were a product that I just couldn't commit to. However, when I did use them, I really loved them. The scent was lovely (similar to Marc Jacobs Daisy) and I felt like they really brightened up my complexion. I will repurchase these when they are on offer as I think that £12.99 is a bit too expensive.
The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner (£9.50) was a firm favourite in my skincare routine for quite some time. I loved its oceanic scent and felt like it got rid of any post-cleanse residue on my skin. If I can track down another mini, I will be repurchasing.
I'm sure cult product La Roche Posay Effeclar Duo + (£15.50) needs no introduction. This is a lovely lightweight moisturiser with a beautiful gel texture that worked really well with my oily skin. It makes it a huge bonus that it also acts as a blemish treatment. I'll definitely be repurchasing this once I've finished some of the other moisturisers in my stash.
There was a time that I'd steer clear of sachet face masks as they had a reputation for being a bit cheap and a bit naff. I was far from impressed by the gunky texture of the 7th Heaven (previously Montagne Jeunesse) peel-off masks so I didn't have particularly high expectations for their other offerings. However I picked up two of their masks nonetheless.
Whilst I wasn't too keen on the Blemish Mud Mask (I disliked the witch hazel scent and it made my skin feel overly tight), I completely fell for their Hot Chocolate Masque (£1). Besides the fact that it smells exactly like chocolate, this mask does a fab job of declogging my skin without being too dying. I'm pretty sure I managed to get about 10 applications from one tiny sachet, so these are excellent value and far surpass the performance of even some high end masks.
At the higher end of the scale and with higher expectations comes the Befine Food Skin Care Single Serve Warming Clay Mask (£17 for full size). This is a self-heating mask which is scented with pomegranate and cardamom. I really struggled to wash off this mask, and it left my skin feeling sticky and not at all smooth and soft. I wouldn't repurchase this mask, especially considering its price tag.
 Not many body creams can rival the delightfully thick texture of the Soap & Glory The Righteous Butter (£10.50 full size). I do like the scent, despite its candy sweetness, and it really reminds me of bath time (I previously used the bubble bath). The formula feels so luxurious after a relaxing soak in the tub, so I'm pretty sure a repurchase may have to happen. I'm not 100% sure why I haven't lumbered this next one with the rest of my skincare empties, but this is the Origins Ginzing Refreshing Eye Cream (£20). I instantly fell for the lightweight texture and the way that the brightening pigments instantly made me look more awake. I swiftly purchased the full size and haven't looked back. I don't usually mention the boring items, but I've recently switched to the Wilko Round Dual-faced Cotton Pads (70p) and I am really loving them. They are super soft, which is great as I felt my previous cotton pads started to feel a bit scratchy. I'll no doubt be repurchasing many packs of these, as cotton pads are such a staple for use with micellar water and toner.  Again on a boring note, but hey we all use deodorant. I've been using the Vaseline Active Fresh Anti-perspirant Deodorant (£1.89) for about 2 years now, and I love its clean scent. I don't think it necessarily smells "active", more like a baby powder scent with accents of lavender or rose. It keeps me fresh and dry, and does all the things you want a deodorant to do. All the bores aside, I've got two perfumes to share. I love picking up sample vials as I'm pretty finicky with scent, and it can be an expensive mistake. Marc Jacobs Daisy (from £29.50) is fast becoming an icon and rightly so. Its sunny white wood-tinged violet scent makes the perfect perfume for spring and summer and I plan to pick up a full size bottle eventually. I got a sample of the Nuxe Prodigieux fragrance when I purchased the corresponding body oil. It has its similarities to the Elie Saab fragrances, thanks to the orange blossom, so doesn't make it a particularly individual scent. I wasn't in love with it enough to buy a full size bottle, although it was nice enough.
