It's been a while since my last Beauty Lust List (read the first one here), so I thought it was high time I popped my most wanted products down in one place. There have been so many awesome new releases recently, and I feel like I'm so late to the game with a few of these! I've been debating whether to take the plunge and purchase these items, so let me know if there are any you think I can't live without!
TOP ROW
Charlotte Tilbury Golden Goddess Palette (£38)
When I was in Selfridges for my FaceGym facial (which you can read about here), I couldn't not stop by the Charlotte Tilbury counter. I was particularly interested in the lipsticks, but had a cheeky swatch of the palettes while I was there. The Dolce Vita quad is one of my all time favourite products, so that pretty much justifies another purchase. Golden Goddess swatched beautifully with its versatile mix of golds and muted taupes.
Benefit POREfessional Matte Rescue (£21.50)
I was a slave to the original POREfessional for a couple of years and they've since expanded the line with a whole host of other products, including a powder, blotting stick and more. The latest addition is the Matte Rescue, a gel that can be used in conjunction with the primer to minimise oil production. I'm really eager to try this as I think it will be lovely on barefaced days.
MAC Velvet Teddy (£15.50)
How have I still not bought Velvet Teddy? It's been on my wishlist for what feels like forever! All the Kylie Jenner hype aside, it looks like the most perfect matte nude. It's one of those shades that seems to look stunning on everyone. I've been really into deeper, warmer nude lips recently as I feel like they somehow stop me from looking so pale so I think Velvet Teddy will be perfect.
Clarins Multi-Active Day & Night Creams (£42 and £44 respectively)
Ever since I first tried Clarins skincare back in December, I've been fangirling all over the place about the brand. Every single product I've tried from them has been lovely, particularly their moisturisers, so this new launch had me like hello. Rocking the Pantone colours of the year, there's a day and a night cream specifically designed for the 20-somethings burning the candle at both ends (i.e. me). A moisturiser that targets lack of sleep? Yes please!
BOTTOM ROW
NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint (£30)
I love the idea of tinted moisturisers, but they don't always work with my oily skin as they usually give off a dewy finish. When I heard about this new launch from NARS, I was really excited as it has the potential to be the perfect summer foundation for me. I actually very nearly bought this when SpaceNK had an offer running, but they sold out of my shade so I ended up buying Sheer Glow instead. It's a good job there's no such thing as too many foundations!
Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Lipstick in 714 (£16)
Urban Decay's recent collaboration with Gwen Stefani has brought back all the love for Hollaback Girl "after 3... B-A-N-A-N-A-S" and brought along some pretty darn stunning products too. Although I've tried to restrain myself, the lip products might just be the ones to slip into my collection. I don't really enjoy non-matte brights or dark shades, but luckily there's 714, a Mega-Matte red, plus the packaging is pretty sassy too.
Too Faced Chocolate Bon Bons Palette (£39)
The first time I saw the Chocolate Bon Bons palette, I thought it was a bit gawdy but the more I see it, the more it appeals to me. I think we all just have to look past the pinks here, and behind that we have a gorgeous set of neutrals, mixed with some really unique shades. I think what really appeals to me is the fact it is that little bit different, and it smells like chocolate. Chocolate!
YSL Touche Éclat (£25)
As soon as I laid eyes on this limited edition Touche Éclat, I knew I had to have it. There is no phrase better suited to decribing me than "I am not a morning person". Although I wouldn't usually justify spending £25 when there are products on the high street that do the same job, this is the first of their limited editions that has really appealed to me. I've just run out of L'Oreal Lumi Magique too, which is a staple in my makeup bag, I can find so many uses for it!
