Merumaya Youth Preservation Moisturiser SPF 20

It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Merumaya skincare, and with two new launches this autumn, that's enough to get me very excited. I've been testing out both products for just over a month now, and I'm excited to share my thoughts as the first of the two has finally launched! The product in question is the Youth Preservation Moisturiser SPF 20* (£33.50 for 50ml). This has been previously available as the SPF 15 version, so I think this may be a reformulation, although the original is still available on the website.

Redken Pillow Proof Blow Dry Express Treatment Primer

Redken is one of those brands that I've wanted to try for ages, so I was really excited when the Pillow Proof Blow Dry Express Treatment Primer* (£17 for 150ml) popped through my door.

Chloé Love Story Eau de Parfum

Chloé Love Story Eau de Parfum Review Debenhams

With the soaring popularity of their Drew and Faye bags, Chloé is the luxury brand of the moment. Having been a favourite of mine in the fragrance department for a number of years, I'm a real fan of their signature line of perfumes. Chloé Eau de Parfum is particularly nostalgic for me, with it's heady rose elixir conjuring up the magic of shopping at department stores at Christmas time as a teen. Roses de Chloe is another favourite, lighter and more suitable for summer wear. I'm yet to try L'eau de Chloe, their more springtime appropriate scent as it lacks that recognisable warm floral Chloé base. To me, a Chloé scent should exude femininity and sum up the magic and romance of Paris, and Love Story does exactly that...

Merumaya Gentle Exfoliating Toner

Merumaya Gentle Exfoliating Toner Review

You might remember that I reviewed the Merumaya Luxury Face Wash last month, and after I was really impressed with it, the team recommended their newest release, the Gentle Exfoliating Toner* (£17.50). I was eager to try it out as a chemical exfoliant was something my routine was really lacking. I had previously tried the (way over hyped) Alpha-H Liquid Gold and didn't really enjoy it at all. I found it really harsh on my skin and didn't seem to make any difference. I since tried the Nip+Fab Glycolic Fix Pads, and although I did like them, I never got round to repurchasing.

NARS One Shocking Moment Palette

NARS Steven Klein One Shocking Moment Palette Review

One thing that NARS is renowned for is its cheek products, and they sure can put together a killer palette. I really regretted not picking up last year's seasonal release, the Virtual Domination palette, so when I saw this year's line up, it was game on. For their 2015 Holiday collection, NARS have collaborated with iconic fashion photographer Steven Klein. The result is an aesthetically pleasing collection of products, even if the design is a little 'out-there' but that's what Steven Klein is known for; pushing the boundaries of what everyone believes fashion photography to be. NARS have even uploaded a short artistic film entitled Fantascene, to immerse the consumer fully into the eccentric mind of Steven Klein.
